Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Aube department, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region, Huguenot-Tassin—founded in 1984—is the heir to a family tradition of winemaking passed down through four generations. This independent estate harvests and vinifies just over 5 hectares of vineyards, 4 of which are planted with Pinot Noir. When crafting his wines, the winemaker’s guiding principle is precision. The estate has also developed an innovative, educational, and fun concept for introducing people to wine tasting in the form of a blind tasting.
