Huguenot-Tassin
The Huguenot-Tassin champagne house is the heir to a family tradition handed down from generation to generation in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. This harvester-manipulator vinifies 6 ha of vines, half of which are 55 to 65-year-old vines. Grass cover and tillage are used in equal measure. The estate has added new cuvées that are more representative of the quality of the work carried out, the winemaker's watchword being aromatic precision. The estate is also the originator of an innovative, instructive and fun tasting initiation concept in the form of a cuvée to be tasted blind.
