A superb bright gold color and fine bubbles open the tasting. On the nose, notes of redcurrant jelly and white peach compote are particularly delicious. On the palate, fruit, depth and a rare balance of creaminess with notes of royal jelly. The bubbles retain their pep and energy. The zesty finish is superbly harmonious. This cuvée is both opulent and fresh. A great champagne to open with frogs' legs sautéed in seaweed butter or Bordier yuzu.
