Based in Aÿ, the company was developed in the 1970s under the impetus of René Goutorbe, in the wake of the famous nursery created by Emile after the 1914-1918 war. Backed by his children Elisabeth, Bertrand and Étienne since 2007, René now farms 22 hectares, with a high proportion of Pinot Noir grapes to produce fruity, vinous champagnes. The house offers the opportunity to buy old vintages in small quantities. It also owns the Castel Jeanson*** hotel, created in 2004 in a charming 19th-century residence.
