Numerous, lively bubbles speak of immediate freshness. The nose offers a fruity framework (golden, yellow peach, kumquat) and fruits à l'eau de vie. Slightly floral (verbena), the racy palette punctuates a gourmet pastry. Thanks to a 7 g/l dosage, the palate offers a frank, inviting attack, carried by a chalky minerality revealing a pleasant thirst-quencher. Pair with line-caught sea bass a la plancha, virgin oil and savory grenaille potatoes.
