Made from a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Meunier, this 2004 vintage has a lively bubble and a still-fresh color. The nose reveals aromas of citrus, menthol, dried fruit and pistachio. On the palate, the wine is still young, fresh and well-balanced by the bubbles, but the flavors seem to fall a little short of the scents. A good 2004 nonetheless.
