Gault&Millau's review
This cooperative was created in 1947 when Henri Blin decided to team up with 28 winemakers. The domain now gathers about a hundred winemakers on 123 hectares of land. The vines are mainly located in the Vallée de la Marne and are focused on Meunier. This grape variety covers around 70% of the land. It is renowned to bring a lot of fruitiness. Part of the production is now made using organic farming methods.
