The nose is pleasant and flattering, with its aromas of red berries, the playfulness of a child at a funfair, between cotton candy and toffee apples. The palate balances acidity, delicate tannins and fruity roundness, underlined by pretty bitters. Why not pair it with Sunday roast chicken or Italian dishes such as eggplant alla parmigiana?
