This vintage, composed of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, has an intense golden color with discreet bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of yellow fruit. The subtle palate develops freshness, tension and minerality. A champagne that could wait a few more years, but which we'd be happy to open now with a lamb tagine with dried apricots and preserved lemons.
