This Cuvée, with its strong personality, combines power and tension. The bubbles are fine and discreet. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay aged for 7 years, it has a nose of mirabelle plums, baked apples and light tobacco. On the palate, we find apple flavors and exceptional length with notes of nutty butter.
