This rosé blend has a coppery color and a beautiful effervescence. It has a particularly vinous nose, with aromas of red fruit and a distinct strawberry character. On the palate, notes of black cherry add to the deliciousness. The dosage is slightly too high. Serve with pan-fried foie gras or almond shortbread.

Guy Préaut
Located in Gyé-sur-Seine, in the heart of the Côte des Bar in southern Champagne, the family has been cultivating vines for seven generations. Today, Alexandra and Thierry Préaut are in charge of the estate's 12 hectares. Most of the vines are Pinot Noir, with some Chardonnay, both planted on clay-limestone soil. The soil is worked mechanically, with traceability procedures and the signing of a charter. Harvesting and handling, the domaine vinifies only its own grapes and controls the entire production process, from manufacturing to marketing. The range of six champagnes is divided into three "Les Essentielles" and three "Les Subtiles" cuvées. An online boutique makes ordering easy.
