This 100% pinot noir, aged for three years in our cellars, has a rose-gold color with fine bubbles. The nose, discreet at first, gradually reveals greedy aromas of red fruit and shortbread. On the palate, the wine's dosage tends to be more assertive. Open with a dessert of red fruit and bitter chocolate.

Located in Gyé-sur-Seine, in the heart of the Côte des Bar in southern Champagne, the family has been cultivating vines for seven generations. Today, Alexandra and Thierry Préaut are in charge of the estate's 12 hectares. Most of the vines are Pinot Noir, with some Chardonnay, both planted on clay-limestone soil. The soil is worked mechanically, with traceability procedures and the signing of a charter. Harvesting and handling, the domaine vinifies only its own grapes and controls the entire production process, from manufacturing to marketing. The range of six champagnes is divided into three "Les Essentielles" and three "Les Subtiles" cuvées. An online boutique makes ordering easy.
