The three Champagne grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier) are often mistakenly referred to. There are four other grape varieties authorized in the Champagne appellation: arbane, petit meslier, pinot blanc and pinot gris, which account for less than 0.3% of the vineyard. Pure Pinot Blanc is a rarity, and we urge you to taste it: a delicacy with an exotic nose and a generous mouthfeel. A constant Champagne in the tasting, to be tried with seafood sauerkraut.
