The domaine has been established in Buxeuil since 1670. Winemakers from father to son, Claude Gruet and his wife are accompanied by their son, Pierre-Charles Gruet. The estate cultivates all the grape varieties of champagne (Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit Meslier), which is rare. From this ampelographic richness, the estate creates single grape variety cuvées (Pinot Blanc and Arbane) and the cuvée "Les Trois Blancs" is enriched with Chardonnay.
