"Ultra-confidential", as the house puts it, the arbane grape is all too rarely vinified on its own. Often considered thin, it is in fact very fine, provided it is harvested ripe... A fine example of finesse for this cuvée, with its discreet nose of pear and pineapple, delicately chiselled palate and just the right finish. A fine "rare" wine, to be drunk on its own merits.
