This "2008", made in an exceptional year, is beautifully homogeneous. Its brilliant green-gold color is imbued with a multiple of fine bubbles. The delicious, creamy, pastry-like nose expresses white-fleshed fruit. Green almond and calisson d'Aix round off a fine finish. The palate is full-bodied and invigorating, with a long, vinous fruitiness. Enjoy as an aperitif, with warm, fine oysters and champagne sabayon.
