The intense nose reveals fruity notes of granny apple, yellow lemon, vine peach, bergamot and chamomile infusion, punctuated by a few spicy notes. The ample palate reveals great freshness. Delicate, chalky minerality leads to a somewhat tighter finish. An intuitive vintage offering immediate pleasure. Pike-perch with shellfish jus.
