Gault&Millau's review
Eight generations have succeeded one another since Nicolas Chiquet planted the first vine in 1746. Today, the 23-hectare vineyard is spread over the communes of Dizy, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Hautvillers, with a majority of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grape varieties. Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet vinify small volumes (40 hl to 90 hl), and malolactic fermentation is systematically carried out.
