Surprisingly many lively bubbles for a champagne that's been aged 6 years on laths! The nose is marked by a certain exoticism (Victoria pineapple and Asian mango) with very ripe peach. The fruit dominates, even on the palate, where, after a straight, taut attack, it proves chiselled, long and elegant, marked on the finish by slight bitterness.
