This champagne refers to its first vintage, when only 5000 bottles were produced. The nose is exuberant with white orchard fruit, as well as red berries and dried fruit. Round and creamy on the palate, punctuated by a fresh vegetal note. Its texture is a perfect match for a lightly spiced cassolette of snails with fine herbs.
