Gault&Millau's review
The 8-hectare estate was only created in 1992, but the owners have been winegrowers for several generations. The vines are planted in three villages (Mardeuil, Damery and Fleury-la-Rivière), mainly pinot meunier (80%) and pinot noir (15%), with a few chardonnay vines (5%). The soils are worked mechanically, and most of the vines are grassed. The champagnes respect the terroir, and the estate also produces ratafia, cider and honey.
