Genuine character for this wine (85% pinot meunier, 15% pinot noir) from a 2015 reserve base with a dosage of 4 g/l. The frame is slender, the bubble ambitious. The intuitive nose offers a palette of grasses, raisins, pineapple and white breadcrumbs. The palate discreetly extends an eloquent chew that gradually asserts a salivating chalky freshness. Delicious as an aperitif or with a codfish back with samphire.
