What a velvety, airy texture for this cuvée, despite being aged in barrels! No wood marking or dosage to better appreciate the ripeness of the harvest. A homage to Pinot Meunier (70% of the blend), which has found its letters of nobility here. To be enjoyed with a Vallée d'Auge poularde.

In 2017, Francis Boulard moved to Faverolles-et-Coëmy, still in the petite montagne de Reims area, before taking a well-deserved retirement. Today, it's Delphine Richard who presides over the destiny of the 3 ha or so of organic viticulture since 2001 and biodynamic viticulture since 2017. Several cuvées are offered in extra-brut and brut nature (zero dosage). All vinifications are carried out in wood. A chambre d'hôtes is also available a short distance away to discover the region, the estate and its work.
