The harmony of the grape varieties offers a delicate aromatic palette with notes of stewed white fruit, butter, boletus and undergrowth. On the palate, it's all pleasure, with brioche, toast and roasted almonds. A mature, ample and silky wine. Pair with truffles under ash.
