From the outset, the nose is marked by grilled pork rind dominating the fruity aromas, making this cuvée less elegant than the 1er Cru Rosé Brut. On the palate, the attack is frank and greedy, with ripe red and black fruits enveloped by notes of sabayon. The very good length offers lovely acidity. Drink it with a red and black fruit gratin... with sabayon!
