The deep gold, even light amber color is brilliant. Numerous fine bubbles form a creamy cap. On the nose, the wine is lively and fresh with aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and rhubarb, then becomes more vanilla and brioche with a little aeration. The palate is suave, voluptuous on the attack, then more lively with very fine bubbles that awaken the substance. The touch is creamy and delicately perfumed (apricot, peach, lemon, pomelo). Good length. A Thermidor lobster, no less.
