The color is a deep golden hue, with fine bubbles that rise slowly in the glass, confirming a fine concentration of substance. The nose is complex, with aromas of stewed white fruit, flower honey, chanterelles, sweet spices, white chocolate, candied lemon... Endless. The palate is still fresh, with a round, honeyed texture. The aromas we detected on the nose are again present, with a lacy finish. A philosophical champagne. A very fine bottle to serve with a meal featuring truffles.
