Sparkling gold and silver hues. The bubbles are very fine, forming a creamy mousse and then a tenacious cordon around the rim of the glass. On the nose, Chardonnay dominates, with a floral (hawthorn, honeysuckle) and fruity (yuzu, dried fruit) structure, followed by lemongrass and brioche with aeration. On the palate, the wine is sensual and pure, with a fruity structure awakened by incisive bubbles. The body is more vinous, giving way to Pinot Noir, with notes of red fruit on the finish. Well-balanced overall.
