This bottle, disgorged at the end of 2017, has already produced a beautiful patina and rich complexity with over 10 years on laths. The nose, larded with sweet spices, warm brioche, nutty butter and baked apple, is constantly evolving in the glass. The palate, voluminous and still lively, still shows great potential, even youthfulness, with its accents of candied orange peel and dried apricot. Thanks to its very demonstrative aromas, this wine offers great length and elegance. It should be served with a filet mignon of Apicius-style pork.
