Domaine Collet
The story of Domaine Collet is a beautiful one: from a modest family of winemaker-farmers in Fontaine-Denis, René Collet decided to create his own brand in 1973. With the help of a large cooperative, he developed the estate by acquiring and planting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. The ninth generation of winemakers to settle in Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy, Thomas and Florent have been cultivating vines since 2002. The 6-hectare estate, located in the heart of the Côte de Sézanne, comprises 17 parcels. Gentle viticulture, respect for living organisms, patience in the cellar, and a demand for quality: these are their convictions when it comes to producing champagnes with assertive, terroir-driven personalities. The domaine has been certified organic since 2023.
