Numerous, lively bubbles announce immediate freshness. The nose is fruity (reinette, yellow peach, kumquat) and slightly floral (elderberry), with a confirmed pastry and racy character. This extra brut (zero dosage) offers a pleasant mouthfeel carried by a chalky minerality revealing a pleasant thirst-quencher. The emotion is perceptible in this parcel selection aged for 50 months on laths. Pair with sea bass à la plancha, grenailles à la sarriette.
