This red wine is a blend of very young Syrah (80%) and very old Cinsault. After recommended decanting, Syrah predominates on the nose, with aromas of fresh blackcurrant and pepper. The palate is fresh and delicate, like an infusion vinification. The barrel ageing is not noticeable and brings fine tannins. Still very young, with a finish marked by tension and pepper. Digestible and luminous.
