This maceration rosé has been aged for 14 months in old barrels. This long ageing gives it a lovely aroma of wood and cocoa, accompanied by subtle aromas of pepper, cherry and dried flowers. The palate is greedy and retains its toasty impressions. Full-bodied and full-bodied, with a pretty raspberry and rosemary finish that carries the wine away.
