Languedoc winemaker Clodéric Prade and Burgundy winemaker Julien Petitjean have joined forces to produce this white wine from Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and Roussanne. The nose is slightly woody, with lovely floral notes such as elderflower. The palate is Burgundian in style, with a full-bodied, floral, woody wine. The finish retains tension and a pleasant salinity. Ideal with spicy white meats in sauce, for example.
