Rarely tasted, and for good reason: this rosé represents only a few percent of the house's production. Despite its light color, it's a bleeding of Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards, with 20% Chardonnay. The nose opens with notes of blackberries, wild strawberries, then citrus and fresh grapes. On the palate, the fruit remains present, but fresh and fine. A fine cuvée for Asian cuisine.
