Six Côte des Blancs grands crus, 6 years in laths, dosage 6 g/l and 6 months before release: these are the characteristics in 6 of this 2014, which immediately offers a chalky, milky nose with light exotic and citrus notes. The same precision is found on the palate, with a touch of acidity and lemongrass that lengthens the finish. Tasty now, this cuvée will keep for a long time in the cellar. Tip: serve well chilled, at around 8-9°, and let it warm up in the glass for ten minutes before drinking.
