You'll be seduced by the effervescence and particularly delicate nose of green apple and verbena of this cuvée combining 50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay aged 3 years in oak barrels. On the palate, the 8 years' ageing on lees in the cellar reveals a beautiful patina, with pleasant tension followed by waxed notes.
