Owner-grower in the heart of the Champagne region, and more specifically in the vineyards of Aÿ, a Grand Cru of Champagne, the Dauby family has been cultivating 8 ha of vines (6 ha of Pinot Noir and 2 ha of Chardonnay) for several generations, located in 5 different crus (including 1 Grand Cru, Aÿ, and 3 Premier Crus, Mutigny, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Avenay).
