Gault&Millau's review
Located in the heart of the Saint Thierry massif, north of Reims, the estate was created in 1904. The subsoil is predominantly limestone, sandy (thanétien) and silty, and the soils are draining and grassed. Vincent Cuillier prides himself on agroforestry and living agriculture. Three parcel-based cuvées are scheduled for release at the end of 2020. In addition to his own production, Vincent Cuillier also produces a number of cuvées under his own name.
