A superb cuvée with bewitching aromas of old rose, followed by honey, apricot, yellow peach and curry. The palate is surprisingly structured, with a long-lasting tactile quality. The wine seems to draw from the soil to bring out the purity of the chalk. Pairs well with smoked salmon.
