A new cuvée and a new (and very successful) packaging for this zero dosage champagne, which spent 105 months on its lees. The extra-fine bubbles allow the nose to fully express its aromatic potential, with notes of chalk and a pleasant greediness. The palate is vinous, powerful and thirst-quenching, with saline and iodine notes. A fine mealtime champagne, to be decanted and served with salmon gravlax.
