Chalk and notes of fresh yeast explode on the first nose, before yellow citrus brings them back into line with their acidic aromas. On the palate, the material is complex, with a subtle honeyed flavour that invites you in, a buttery texture that invites you to sit down, and a lemony, saline finish that brings us a platter of oysters from the open sea. A sip in three very interesting and original acts, no doubt linked to the fact that this cuvée is 100% pinot blanc.
