Founded in 1973 by Cristian and Josette Senez, the house has been a family business for three generations, where respect for tradition and the environment keeps pace with the times. Starting out as a farm labourer, Cristian and his wife were passionate about the world of wine, moving heaven and earth to create their own champagne and build their own brand. This passion has been passed on and shared with their daughter Angélique and son-in-law Frédéric, who continue to craft the finest wines with the same consistency of quality, aroma and value, year after year. To make the most of the Côte des Bar, the domaine also offers a warm and comfortable gîte in the heart of the village of Saint-Usage.
