Yeast expresses itself from the very first notes, then the nose evolves towards more bakery aromas, of fresh bread and Viennese pastries. Fruit only comes in second, with white peach, Ente plum and mirabelle plum bringing their sweetness. Freshness dominates in a straightforward, elegant palate. The citrus fruits are well in place, bringing acidity and energy, while a controlled liqueur rounds out the whole. Beautiful bitters assert themselves in a sapid, salivating finish.
