A lovely nose that evolves between sweet fruit (yellow peach, poached pear), more evolved notes (almond cookie, fresh walnut) and toasty notes (bread crust, ground coffee) that make up a rich, complex and ample bouquet. The palate follows the same trend, with a rich texture (yellow fruit, walnut, hazelnut) and discreet bubbles. The chalky texture adds chewiness.

Collard-Picard

Descended from two Champagne winegrowing families, Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard have been cultivating 16 hectares of vines since 1996, on terroirs suited to their needs: pinot meunier on the right bank of the Marne valley (Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil...), grand cru chardonnay at Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, and premier cru pinot noir at Vertus. Convinced of the benefits of wine tourism, the family owns a wine cellar on the Avenue de Champagne, and offers limousine tours and helicopter flights upon reservation.
