This house is definitely getting back to festive champagnes, and all the better for it! Even if there's a hint of patina, a very slight touch of dosage and a subtle structure, the whole is pleasantly refreshing. A style that's the opposite of the winey, imposing cuvées, but much better suited to light cuisine (raw fish...) or aperitifs.

Descended from two Champagne winegrowing families, Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard have been cultivating 16 hectares of vines since 1996, on terroirs suited to their needs: pinot meunier on the right bank of the Marne valley (Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil...), grand cru chardonnay at Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, and premier cru pinot noir at Vertus. Convinced of the benefits of wine tourism, the family owns a wine cellar on the Avenue de Champagne, and offers limousine tours and helicopter flights upon reservation.
