A basket of fruit, both fresh (apricot, mirabelle plum, greengage) and exotic (passion fruit, pineapple, mango). The palate is full of energy and intensity. The bubbles add gaiety to a brilliant, chiseled texture. Freshness asserts itself and leads to an endless finish, evoking citrus notes and a pastry-like sweetness. Superb balance.
