Vigneron humaniste et agronome audacieux, Jean-Marc Charpentier, héritier de huit générations de vignerons, poursuit la conversion de son domaine de 24 hectares vers l'agriculture biologique. Pratiquant la biodynamie depuis 2009 avec pragmatisme et bienveillance, il adopte une approche œnologique simple mais rigoureuse, mettant un point d'honneur au respect de la matière première.
