With a dominant of the very fine 2008 vintage, this non-dosed "Clin d'Œil" cuvée opens up perfectly today, delivering lovely notes of honey and fresh fruit such as peach and pear. On the palate, the champagne is digestible, particularly fruity and well-balanced. This frank, flavorful champagne, with its long finish, is a delight.
