A majority of Chardonnay for this cuvée, which seems more aromatic than the rest of the range. It is dominated by subtle, fine floral aromas, setting back the chalky structure, and the finish is sapid and acidic. This is the most feminine of the house wines. Serve with cold hake and lemon mayonnaise.
