On the nose, fresh white fruit and white flower notes are immediately seductive. On the palate, mineral tension balances the creamy density of a wine that's taut, powerful and thirst-quenching. We'll have to wait a few more years for this devilishly young champagne to reveal its empyreumatic notes. But you can already enjoy it with sweetbreads meunière.
